How does therapy works?

The first session provides an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to therapy, your current needs and what you would like to work towards.
3. Therapeutic Goals
Therapeutic goals are developed collaboratively and may evolve throughout the therapeutic process.

Sessions provide a consistent and confidential space for exploration, understanding and change.
